A Few Pre Opening Day League Reminders

Team Pictures: Team picture sessions are this weekend. Download the schedule here for specific day/times for each team.  Make sure you arrive at least 15 min. prior to your session.  Uniforms are being completed this week and Monarch Sports should be contacting coaches via phone once their team's uniforms are ready to be picked up.  If you cannot make you chosen picture session unfortunately you cannot have your child's picture taken with their team.  Other arrangements may be availble for individual pictures, but you'll need to contact Powell's Imaging directly to work that out with them on a case-by-case basis.

MJBSA Scholarships: The deadline for applications is May 1st.  If you're a graduating Marysville High School senior planning to attend college and have played at least 1 year with MJBSA, you could be chosen for a $500 scholarship.  More information and application here.

League Night with the Columbus Clippers Tickets: If you're still interested in purchasing tickets for this event on June 8th, more information can be found on this order form.  You can mail in the order form or just give the box office a call. Make sure to mention on the phone that you're with MJBSA.

Game Schedules/Opening Day: Game schedules should be finalized and posted to the website in the next couple days.  Opening day is May 5th.  Games will continue through the end of June with tournaments and the season will end on July 8th with our Jamboree.

Practice and Game Updates: Remember to follow us on Twitter to keep up to date with field changes and game/practice cancellations due to weather, etc.

Team Picture Schedule Posted For 2012 Season

Team picture sessions are approaching soon. The picture schedule is available for download here. All players and coaches need to arrive 15 minutes before their session is to begin so Powell's Imaging can stay on schedule. Thanks!

Quick Update On Practice Schedules

We're working on getting a consistent view for practice schedules on the website versus what comes out of the scheduling software.  We made some changes from last year, so these are taking a little longer, but should be completed sometime on Tuesday.  We'll send out another notice when they are finished and available to view. We appreciate your patience.

Last Day For Umpire Applications Is March 24th

March 24th is our second session of umpire training. Umpire applications will no longer be accepted after this date.  If you or your son/daughter did not attend the first umpire training session last Saturday, you/they must attend this one and the remaining two sessions.  All sessions are on our events calendar.
